About the Event
Teams of students from local high schools will put their knowledge of the U.S. Constitution to the test during the annual “We the People” Congressional Hearings competition. Students give oral presentations on six selected topics in hearings and undergo rigorous questioning by government teachers and Constitutional experts. Each competing school is divided into six teams — one team for each of the six hearing topics.
